چکیده

Purpose: To model the ELEKTA COMPACT accelerator head by using EGSnrc/BEAMnrc/DOSXYZnrc and to validatethe simulation according depth-dose lateral profiles of different radiation fields measured water phantom. Methods: IBA Blue Water Phantom2 CC13 Ionization Chamber were used measure curves at 10 cm × field profile depth underwater. In BEAMnrc, main components initial electron beam are established based on specifications file, phase space file containing photon information is generated. DOXYZnrc, files irradiate a homogeneous phantom same size as phantom, simulated percentage dose outputted. The accuracy was evaluated mean square error (MSE) compared with data. PDD determine energy beam. Dose adjust flattening filter. penumbra full-width half-maximum (FWHM) source. Result: 5.8 MeV considered best match after comparing 5.6 - 6.2 beams. filter can only be adjusted trial. final result, maximum fluctuation curve within 80% less than 3%, which meets requirements flatness. optimum FWHM for not consistent due Transmission penumbra. But approached adjusting every size.
